About The Position

As a Crew Member at Champs Chicken, you will be an integral part of delivering excellent customer service and supporting the restaurant's day-to-day operations. You will assist with food preparation, ensure cleanliness, and provide a positive experience for every guest. Requirements

Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes challenging environment and multi-task effectively.
Ability to lead by example and motivate team members in a positive manner.
Able to read, write and speak in English.
Able to perform basic math.
Demonstrate trained food safety knowledge.
Acquire county food handler’s cards if applicable.
Able to work full-time hours and a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Provide excellent service by taking orders, answering questions, and delivering food in a timely and courteous manner.
Prepare and assemble food orders according to Champs Chicken’s standards.
Ensure all food items are cooked and presented correctly and safely.
Keep your work areas, including the kitchen, dining area, and restroom, clean and organized according to health and safety standards.
Work alongside fellow Crew Members and Shift Leaders to ensure a smooth operation during shifts.
Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning, restocking, and food prep.
Ensure food is of the highest quality, meeting Champs Chicken’s standards for taste, appearance, and hygiene.
Operate the point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy with cash and card transactions.
Assist with order packaging and ensure orders are accurate and delivered to customers promptly.
Help with stocking supplies, keeping track of inventory, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available for service.
Adhere to all safety and food handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of both customers and team members.
Address customer concerns or issues with professionalism and work towards a resolution that maintains guest satisfaction.
