Prioritizes and directs implementation of strategic initiatives supporting the business goals. Responsible for guiding clinical practice as directed; for alignment of quality initiatives; and analysis of clinical outcomes for sensitive indicators and identified key performance indicators. Responsible for setting operational goals, planning, and staffing for behavioral health services. Accountable for all departments, both inpatient, outpatient and central intake, and regional behavioral health overall delivery of services.
