About The Position

The Wholesale Sample and Showroom Coordinator supports the Sales and Product Development team, by maintaining the sample library and ensuring the showroom is presentation ready for client meetings. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with retail merchandising. The areas you need experience in: Sample Management Showroom Set-up Administrative Support

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in showroom coordination, visual merchandising, product sample management, or related retail/wholesale environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and arranging products and showroom materials.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail floor-set execution or visual merchandising is highly preferred.
