OverviewThe Wholesale Operations Intern will support Sales Operations across HEYDUDE and Crocs, with a primary focus on HEYDUDE. This role provides hands‑on exposure to B2B operations, line list management, operational support, and sales reporting, while working cross‑functionally to support wholesale execution.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; interest in data analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in wholesale, sales operations, and retail execution
Responsibilities
- Support B2B operations, including account segmentation, campaign creation, seasonal setups, and ATP maintenance
- Assist with account product setup sheets and line list accuracy, including weekly ACD reviews and missing UPC checks
- Support weekly Sales Operations communications related to product and line list updates
- Assist with sample procurement, tracking, and shipping coordination
- Gain foundational exposure to pricing setup and SAP
- Support Sales Operations reporting and analytics, including Excel‑based analysis
- Participate in store visits to support in‑store immersion and data collection
