About The Position

National mortgage lender expanding in the western states seeks experienced Wholesales Account Executives with existing broker base. Territory has established accounts and the ideal candidate will manage the existing client base. This individual will be part of a dynamic and productive team that focuses on providing the best customer service and product knowledge. Primary Duties Develop prospective accounts and manage all business opportunities within a defined sales territory Source new brokers on an ongoing basis and go through approval process Maintain sales contact and pipeline Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements Qualifications: Develop and manage all business opportunities within a defined sales territory Source new brokers on an ongoing basis and go through approval process Maintain sales contact and pipeline Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements Must have the ability to captivate and communicate with various audiences Must have the product knowledge and understanding of the Wholesale and Correspondent Mortgage Business to provide an exceptional customer experience Must have previous experience as a successful and high producing Account Executive with an existing client base Must be proactive and self-starter Superior communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: Base Salary High commission Bonus 401k Match The EMAC Group is an Executive Search Firm with clients such as Fed and State Charter Banks, IMBs, Credit Unions, and larger brokers, nationwide.
