About The Position

Provides prompt, accurate, and friendly service to ensure an excellent customer experience. Assists customers with transactions, identifies needs, and supports bank products and services while following all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling experience or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and standard office equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow policies and handle transactions accurately.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Ability to work in a team environment and support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic account inquiries.
• Promote bank products and services through referrals.
• Assist with account-related requests and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all bank policies and security procedures.
