About The Position

The Internet Sales Manager helps reinforce the Hanania brand and culture, exuding a positive attitude and high energy while directing the internet sales portion of the dealership.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with large phone call volume and email volume.
  • Superior customer service.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and work ethic.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and/or part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test).
  • 3+ years of experience in the retail automotive industry.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Experience maintaining high CSI.
  • Strong organizational, relationship building, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective customers via phone and email to set and confirm appointments, following up on no show customers.
  • Utilize a prospect development system through the Customer Relationship Management software (eLead).
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Meet customer appointment goals.
  • Transfer online leads to Sales team seamlessly.
  • Partner with Sales Management Team to provide near-real-time quotes to customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
