About The Position

This position provides primary supervision of activity areas within the Wellness Center. Supervisors communicate and enforce policy, positively engage with and assist members to ensure a positive experience at the facility. Demonstrates IWCC's core mission, vision and values. Uphold facility policies and procedures. Provide a friendly, upbeat and customer service-oriented environment at all times. Provide public relations, program promotion, and policy education to members and visitors. Attend all staff training and in-services. Understand and activate emergency/evacuation procedures as needed and within the scope of training. Commit to a team-oriented and collaborative work environment. Other duties as assigned
