Student Worker - Student Teaching Assistant - Career Center
About The Position
Student Teaching Assistant position for PRD 2101, ECS 2101, BUS 2101, or BUS 3101. Responsible for grading all assignments and taking attendance in class. Additionally, event support after hours will be needed throughout the semester. Applicants must be able to run campus errands and lift approximately 20-50 pounds. Other duties as assigned, and please note there will be no downtime for study. Will support student services and the execution of various daily tasks to service both student and recruiter needs. Educate and guide students on the Handshake system and other career related tools.
Requirements
- Must have completed their Freshman year
- Should have at least a 3.0 GPA
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Nice To Haves
- For students who will be TAs for BUS 2101 or BUS 3101 completion of BUS 2101 and BUS 3101 is preferred
- Proficient in Canvas and Handshake systems
- Strong organizational skills
