About The Position

Are you motivated to help people achieve their health and wellness goals? If so, join our Wellness Center team at Houser (Onalaska) and Dahl (La Crosse). The Wellness Center Staff are responsible for greeting members, enforcing rules and guidelines for the Wellness Center, cleaning of equipment & surrounding areas, assisting members to use equipment correctly, and spot members while using equipment when necessary.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communications skills
• A background in fitness, strength training, physical education, recreation or related field
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Greeting members
• Enforcing rules and guidelines for the Wellness Center
• Cleaning of equipment & surrounding areas
• Assisting members to use equipment correctly
• Spot members while using equipment when necessary
