Requirements

5+ years of professional welding experience
Experience with ASME, B31.3, NBIC, and AWS
Can interpret blueprints, perform code welding and inspection
Leadership

Nice To Haves

CWI certification preferred

Responsibilities

Own & maintain the welding program, holding all work to quality and safety standards.
Ensure all welding work meets ASME, AWS, NBIC, OSHA, and other applicable codes and standards.
Inspect & audit shop and field welding to ensure work meets standards.
Manage welding documentation, including procedures, certifications, and records.
Review & approve WPS, PQRs, and WPQs while enforcing welding standards and supporting audits and accreditation.
Train & support welding personnel, stepping in with hands-on expertise in the shop or field when needed.
Coordinate welding work across projects with engineering, project management, and field teams.
Travel occasionally to job sites as needed.
