Pro Mechanical Services Co. is seeking a Welding and Metal Fabrication QC. This is a full time W-2 position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. Applicants must have a metal fabrication and welding background. We are seeking on the job QC experience as well. Please apply and provide a resume if interested, these positions are immediate hire! Pay range is $25- $27 an hour based on experience and an interview. Shift: 2nd shift available.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance, fabrication, welding, and manufacturing
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
Knowledge of Welding and manufacturing techniques
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools

Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits to verify products meet specifications
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to inspect product dimensions
Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
Implement quality control processes in line with CGMP guidelines
Collaborate with the QA/QC team to maintain and improve quality systems
Inspect and fabricate components to ensure compliance with quality standards
