About The Position

Thompson Pipe Group is looking for experienced Welders to join our 2nd shift at our steel pipe manufacturing plant. This is a great opportunity for welders who want steady work, strong teamwork, and long-term growth.

Requirements

• FCAW qualified or able to complete FCAW training upon hire
• Ability to pass a 3G weld test (we test on-site)
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (standing, bending, lifting)
• Good attendance and a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• SMAW or SAW experience
• pipe welding background
• heavy manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Perform welding on steel pipe and fittings using the FCAW process
• Inspect and repair welds to meet quality standards
• Use torches, grinders, and other shop tools
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Work with a supportive team and experienced supervisors
