About The Position

Join our team as a Welder on 2nd shift! We are seeking dedicated individuals to inspect and repair welds (as needed) to ensure quality parts, on time, the first time to meet or exceed our customer requirements, while supporting the Magna Employee's Charter and the policies and procedures of BGM.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass and maintain welding proficiency
• Must be able to detect and repair (within cycle times) all weld defects within your zone
• Understanding of weld terminology

Nice To Haves

• Post secondary education or related experience
• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Operate standard office equipment preferred
