Job Responsibilities: Join our team as a Welder on 2nd shift! We are seeking dedicated individuals to inspect and repair welds (as needed) to ensure quality parts, on time, the first time to meet or exceed our customer requirements, while supporting the Magna Employee's Charter and the policies and procedures of BGM.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Post secondary education or related experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment required
Must be able to pass and maintain welding proficiency
Must be able to detect and repair (within cycle times) all weld defects within your zone
Understanding of weld terminology

Nice To Haves

Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Operate standard office equipment preferred

Responsibilities
