About The Position
This position is responsible for: This position is responsible for creating exceptional customer service experiences. Primary responsibilities include selling and/or verifying memberships, program registrations, and Kroc merchandise through a POS system as well as providing facility information and tours, answering and routing all incoming calls.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years if cashier/customer service experience or Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Greet and offer assistance to all people as they enter the facility.
- Provide accurate information about membership types, benefits and costs.
- Perform POS transactions, i.e. handle cash, credit cards or checks, make change and operate the kiosk.
- Complete the necessary paperwork for bank deposits at the end of shift.
- Receive and handle incoming calls.
- Ensure visitors and guests adhere to Kroc Center and Membership policies and procedures.
