The Welcome Center Agent at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is responsible for providing quality customer service to all Specialty Marketing packages. This role involves checking in guests with Specialty Marketing packages, assigning units, issuing room keys, collecting deposits and taxes, and issuing parking permits. The agent will also be responsible for booking tours, attraction/dinner reservations, selling attraction tickets, adding extra nights, and upgrading packages. A key part of the role is qualifying guests for presentations and making courtesy calls after check-in. Additionally, the agent will handle confidential information, order department supplies, mail paperwork, and maintain various departmental reports.
