The Welcome Center Agent at Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort is responsible for providing quality customer service to all Specialty Marketing packages. This role involves checking in guests, assigning units, issuing room keys, collecting deposits and taxes, and issuing parking permits. Key duties also include booking tours, making attraction/dinner reservations, selling attraction tickets, adding extra nights, and upgrading packages. The agent will qualify guests for presentations, make courtesy calls after check-in, and handle confidential information. Additional responsibilities include ordering department supplies, mailing paperwork, and maintaining various departmental reports.
