Requirements

  • CNA certification preferred , but caregiving experience welcomed
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work variety of shifts on weekends and possible night shifts

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care
  • Create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
  • Communicate with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate care documentation
  • Participate in training to continue growing your skills
