Requirements
- CNA certification preferred, but caregiving experience welcomed
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work variety of shifts on weekends and possible night shifts
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care
- Create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
- Communicate with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Participate in training to continue growing your skills
