After completing a structured apprenticeship training, your hourly rate may increase to as much as $22.00 per hour . For our full-time employees, we provide wonderful benefits , including bi-annual bonuses, overtime opportunities, 10 PTO days, as well as performance reviews with pay advancement opportunities (at 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and annually thereafter) . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WEEKEND ASSISTANT SEPTIC TECHNICIAN In this entry-level general labor position, you are eager to learn as you work alongside our experienced technicians. You watch closely as each task is demonstrated, providing support by fetching specific tools and materials. Then, you help perform those tasks as they were demonstrated to you. If you have any questions, our technicians answer them and guide you. Additionally, you keep the truck and job site clean and organized throughout your shift. You love having the opportunity to gain new skills and take pride in the high-quality work you perform!
