As part of our fast-growing and iconic hospitality company, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by prospecting, generating leads, and closing orders for our range of special event rental products and temporary tent structures.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and team members.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes under pressure.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers within the WER service area. Generate leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and networking, while managing prospect reports and ensuring all opportunities are pursued.
  • Sales Development: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points. Present and explain WER’s product solutions, developing tailored pricing proposals in our quoting system while participating in industry events to promote our offerings.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. Spend approximately 50% of your time on outbound prospecting, with the remainder focused on account development and customer/site visits.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on all leads and interactions. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, fostering repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products. Collaborate with Inside Sales Associates to support client meetings and provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation and sales performance. Provide regular feedback on market conditions and customer needs, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure successful project execution. Mentor and support Inside Sales Associates, fostering a strong team dynamic at WER.
