About The Position

The Website Marketing Intern supports the Web Marketing Team by assisting with website content execution, campaign support, reporting, and operational coordination. This role helps ensure the website delivers timely, relevant, and engaging experiences for Neighbors, while scaling execution and reporting. The intern focuses on execution and data preparation, enabling the Web Marketing Specialist to remain focused on strategy, prioritization, and cross‑functional leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Interest in website and digital marketing, with curiosity about how campaigns and content come to life online.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to support content updates, QA, and reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort collaborating in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes related to website content, CMS platforms, and performance reporting.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused environment while managing multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Support monthly website updates tied to seasonal promotions, private brand launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with building and updating category pages, curated shops, and promotional modules in XMCloud.
• Perform content QA to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on‑time publishing for ad change.
• Support monthly flyer execution and special initiatives such as new store openings and events.
• Assist with pulling and organizing website performance data.
• Support monthly reporting on: campaign performance., category engagement, and asset performance
• Help identify wins, and areas needing attention for team review.
• Support UX/UI inspiration gathering and documentation.
• Assist with asset naming audits and content standards.
• Provide support on digital transformation initiatives through QA, testing, and documentation.
• Assist with blog publishing and updates, including formatting, QA, and performance tracking.
• Help ensure content aligns with approved themes, campaigns, and seasonal priorities.
