Manager, Website & Marketing Automation Own the digital engine behind a national growth platform Location: Remote (occasional travel) Why This Role Matters This is not a "manage the agency and report on metrics" role. You will own, build, and optimize the full digital experience across a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed platform. Think multi-brand, high lead volume, real revenue impact . About Allstar Services Backed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Allstar Services is scaling a national network of residential exterior brands. We're in aggressive growth mode - new markets, new brands, and a major push to modernize our digital funnel. What You'll Own This is a builder + operator role . You will execute, not just delegate.

Requirements

  • We are targeting someone who has done this hands-on , not just managed it.
  • 3–6+ years in website optimization, CRO, or marketing automation
  • Experience owning web performance + conversion metrics
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with: GA4 / analytics tools A/B testing platforms Email/SMS automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, etc.)
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands or high-volume environments
  • Able to move fast, test quickly, and iterate without overengineering

Responsibilities

  • Website Strategy + Conversion (Core Focus) Own all brand websites + landing pages across multiple markets
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the funnel
  • Lead UX, site structure, mobile experience, and performance improvements
  • Partner with agencies-but you set direction and hold the bar
  • Testing + Growth Run A/B and multivariate tests (CTAs, layouts, flows, etc.)
  • Leverage tools like GA4, heatmaps, and session replay to drive decisions
  • Continuously improve lead conversion and appointment rates
  • Marketing Automation + Lifecycle Build and optimize email + SMS flows (lead nurture, reactivation, retention)
  • Own segmentation, triggers, and campaign performance
  • Improve conversion across the full customer lifecycle
  • Execution + Ownership Launch new sites for expansion markets
  • Manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables
  • Build dashboards and report on what's actually driving revenue
