About The Position

The Website Fulfillment and Inventory Associate plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce and warehouse activities. This position involves managing inventory, processing online orders, and ensuring efficient fulfillment to meet customer demands. The associate will work in a dynamic environment, handling various tasks across the company to maintain smooth operations. This role reports directly to the Operations Supervisor and requires a hands-on approach to inventory management, order assembly, and system usage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory roles preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification is required.
  • Ability to use computer systems for inventory tracking and order processing; experience with BigCommerce and QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation, flexibility for occasional overtime, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship website orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, receive incoming shipments, and organize warehouse storage to prevent discrepancies.
  • Assemble products or kits as needed for orders, following company guidelines for quality and safety.
  • Utilize inventory and order management systems to track stock, update records, and process transactions; demonstrate proficiency in basic computer operations.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to move inventory, load/unload trucks, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Assist in various aspects of company operations, including quality control checks, returns processing, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and handling of materials to minimize risks.
  • Provide regular updates to the Operations Supervisor on inventory status, order fulfillment metrics, and any operational issues.
