We’re looking for a detail-oriented Website Content UAT Analyst to join our Web Experience team. In this role, you’ll help ensure every new page, campaign, and website update meets our quality standards before it goes live. You’ll collaborate closely with Design, Development, PMO, and Technical Program Management teams to validate that content, functionality, and tracking are accurate, consistent, and aligned with product and marketing goals. Your work helps maintain a world-class website experience that converts and inspires confidence in our brand. You’ll be the bridge between creative and technical teams—ensuring every web launch is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for user experience. Your attention to detail directly impacts how prospects and customers experience our brand online.

  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for website updates, campaigns, and new features.
  • Verify content accuracy and consistency across pages—including copy, imagery, CTAs, metadata, and links.
  • Test responsiveness and functionality across browsers and devices.
  • Log and track issues in Jira or similar tools, working with developers and PMs to resolve defects.
  • Partner with design and content teams to ensure final experiences match approved designs and copy decks.
  • Maintain testing documentation and sign-off reports to support release readiness.
  • 2–4 years of experience in web QA, UAT, or marketing website operations, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Drupal)
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and browser dev tools.
  • Experience with QA or project tools (e.g., Jira, Chrome dev tools)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across marketing, design, and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design testing.
  • Comfort working in Agile or sprint-based environments.
  • Familiarity with SEO; Working knowledge of search engine optimization principles and practices.
  • Experience validating analytics implementations via GA4, Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio.
  • Exposure to marketing automation or CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
