About The Position

We are seeking an experienced UAT Support Lead to join our team and manage critical user acceptance testing initiatives for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAT processes, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex client ecosystems efficiently.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in UAT support roles, preferably in the Banking domain.
  • Proven ability to manage small teams and coordinate across global delivery models.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SAS and Python.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 2–3 offshore members, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate effectively with Business, Product, and Technology teams to drive UAT success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the client organization.
  • Provide hands-on support in SAS and Python for data analysis and validation tasks.
  • Ensure flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required to meet project timelines.
