Position Title: Operations Specialist 3, UAT Reports to: Director, Operations Enablement Job Summary The Operations UAT Analyst is responsible for owning and coordinating end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities that directly impact operational workflows, system functionality, and client deliverables. This role serves as the primary liaison between Operations, Customer Experience, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure systems supporting Enrollment, Registration, Eligibility, Authorization, Payroll, and Payment processes function accurately within Testing and Staging environments before production release. This position requires strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to research, identify, and resolve system defects, workflow gaps, and integration issues. The analyst designs and maintains detailed test cases and scripts aligned with business, regulatory, and user requirements, manages defect tracking and resolution, and validates user stories, business requirements, and functional workflows to ensure operational readiness. The role supports the full UAT lifecycle, including planning, scripting, execution, reporting, and coordination of real user testing sessions. The Operations UAT Analyst ensures all files, system integrations, payroll processing, and payment functionalities adhere to company and client protocols while maintaining timely communication with providers and stakeholders regarding UAT progress, blockers, and resolutions. This individual is a motivated self-starter with exceptional Excel and data analysis skills, proficiency in Azure and Microsoft Office applications, and a strong understanding of intersystem dependencies across primary operational applications. Success in this role requires critical thinking, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment focused on continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Test Management Lead and coordinate the full UAT lifecycle including planning, test case creation, scripting, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Write and maintain detailed test scripts aligned to user stories, business requirements, regulatory needs, and operational workflows.
  • Organize and facilitate real-user review sessions to validate functionality, workflows, and system readiness prior to production release.
  • Operations Systems & Cross-Functional Integration Validate Enrollment, Registration, Eligibility, Authorization, Payroll processing, file transfers, deductions, and payment functionality within testing and staging environments.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert liaison between Operations, Customer Experience, and technical teams to resolve system gaps and workflow issues.
  • Ensure all operational processes and system integrations adhere to company and client protocols across interdependent applications.
  • Data Analysis, Problem Solving & Communication Use advanced Excel and data analysis techniques to research UAT issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions under tight timelines.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on UAT results to drive process improvement and system optimization.
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with providers and stakeholders regarding UAT status, blockers, and resolutions.
