About The Position

PandaDoc is looking for a driven, empathetic Web Producer to lead content production for pandadoc.com. You will be the gatekeeper and architect of our content delivery, sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution. You will work with the marketing web team to build and launch best-in-class web experiences that stand out in the competitive SaaS landscape. This is a hands-on, innovative role on the Marketing team. You should be just as comfortable building complex web pages using component libraries as you are optimizing high-level workflows for the wider department. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a self-sufficient environment using the latest modern technology and will have a passion for building supportive, efficient processes for their teammates. You will work cross-functionally with Designers, Developers, SEO specialists, and Product Marketers to translate business requirements into functional, beautiful web pages and drive measurable results for the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web production or digital content management, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Expert-level proficiency with Contentful or similar enterprise-grade headless CMS
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot technical nuances (Next.js/React context is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of web best practices, including SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and page performance (Core Web Vitals)
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com) to manage intake and sprints

Responsibilities

  • Lead Web Production: Serve as the primary builder for pandadoc.com, taking pages from concept to launch with precision and speed. You will ensure our digital footprint is consistent, high-performing, and visually stunning.
  • Own the CMS: Manage the day-to-day of our Contentful CMS instance. You will maintain content models, manage assets, and ensure the CMS structure scales with our growth.
  • Optimize Workflows: Constantly analyze and improve our web publishing processes. You will identify bottlenecks and implement modern workflow practices to increase velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Enable the Team: Create documentation, training materials, and governance guidelines to enable other marketing team members to utilize the CMS effectively and safely.
  • Drive Content Governance: Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency across the site.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver on marketing initiatives, approaching every request with empathy and a dedication to helping your teammates succeed.
