About The Position

This Senior Web Producer will join the Global Web Production team to build digital experiences on our websites. They will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product demand and grow the sales pipeline through high-quality digital experiences. The team is composed of collaborative digital subject matter experts who focus on doing their best work, being trusted partners and measuring results. As a Senior Web Producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of digital projects across diverse markets. You will manage a high volume of projects and major event launches while ensuring technical excellence.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of web production experience building and publishing websites in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) within a B2B environment
• Technical Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience building emails (Marketo highly desired).
• Regional Experience: Editing and publishing content for multiple locales/regions.
• Project Handling: Proven ability to lead and balance multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem Solver: Proactive in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Communication: Confident communicator capable of translating technical requirements for non-technical audiences.
• Scale & Efficiency: Experience with efficiency models to resolve project blockers and optimize resources.
• Languages: English proficiency (written/verbal) is required.

Nice To Haves

• Workfront experience is highly desired.
• Marketo highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily production tasks within our project management system (Workfront experience is highly desired).
• Edit and publish web content for product launches, events and marketing campaigns across multiple regional websites using our CMS (AEM) and other tools.
• Plan, strategize and execute web production rollouts across multiple regional websites
• Complete the full lifecycle of localization requests, from creation to publication on regional websites.
• Partner with global marketing, engineering, agency and creative teams to implement new programs, features and updates, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Adhere to design, accessibility, and production guidelines.
• Proactively QA our sites to identify and resolve bugs, typos, and other areas for improvement.
• Influence and optimize web production workflows; advise on component enhancements and authoring efficiencies to improve the speed-to-market
