About The Position

This role is a strategic opportunity to own and evolve a high-impact website that drives discoverability, engagement, and business growth at scale. You will sit at the intersection of web strategy, SEO, content architecture, and conversion optimization, with clear ownership over outcomes rather than ticket-based execution. Acting as the single-threaded owner of the website experience, you will define direction, standards, and priorities while orchestrating execution across internal teams and external partners. The environment is fast-moving and data-driven, with a strong emphasis on clarity, leverage, and measurable results. You will shape how products, use cases, and narratives are discovered across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery surfaces. This is a role for someone who balances strategic thinking with operational excellence. Your impact will be visible across traffic quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 6 or more years of experience in web production, SEO, or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Hands-on experience with modern CMS platforms, including at least 1 year working directly with Webflow
  • Proven experience owning web and organic growth strategy through prioritization, influence, and vendor management
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content-driven discoverability
  • Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys and how websites support demand generation and conversion
  • Comfort using data, analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic planning with execution oversight
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive initiatives to completion

  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS or experience working closely with developers is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end website strategy, aligning site architecture, content structure, and user experience with business and growth objectives
  • Act as the primary owner of the website roadmap, balancing long-term strategic initiatives with ongoing production and optimization needs
  • Lead organic discoverability efforts across traditional search engines and AI-driven answer and discovery platforms
  • Define and evolve SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies focused on structured content, entity authority, and high-intent use cases
  • Partner closely with content, product marketing, demand generation, design, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Establish standards for technical SEO, internal linking, structured data, templates, and scalable content frameworks
  • Own the Webflow platform strategy, including CMS structure, governance, quality standards, and performance optimization
  • Oversee site updates, launches, and experiments to improve engagement, accessibility, conversion rates, and overall site performance
  • Manage and guide external agencies or vendors, holding them accountable to clear performance outcomes
