Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next - together! About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Web Content Author to execute web updates and page builds within our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service environment. In this role, you will partner with our Web Producer and technical teams to turn creative requirements into live web experiences. Your primary focus will be precision and speed: taking assigned tickets from Wrike or Jira, selecting the right components, building the pages, and ensuring every content fragment is correctly configured before publishing.

Requirements

  • AEM Experience: 2+ years of pure content authoring experience, specifically within AEM as a Cloud Service or AEM 6.5.
  • Technical Comfort: Fluency in the Touch UI editor (drag-and-drop, layout mode, style system policies). Experience working with Content Fragments models and variations. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (able to identify if a spacing issue is a content authoring error vs. a code bug).
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience using Jira and Wrike (or similar tools like Workfront) to track daily tasks and communicate progress.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot formatting inconsistencies and adhere strictly to brand guidelines without needing constant design supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Universal Editor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Content Implementation & Page Building:
  • Page Assembly: Construct responsive, brand-aligned pages in AEM using Core Components, Style Systems, and custom layout containers.
  • Structured Content: Create and maintain Content Fragments (CFs) and Experience Fragments (XFs) to support global content reuse.
  • Quality Control: rigorous self-QA of all authored pages to ensure correct spacing, mobile responsiveness, and broken link checks before handing off for review.
  • Asset Handling: Must know how to upload, tag, and organize images and documents in AEM Assets. You will work closely with our DAM librarian for all issues spotted in QA with assets. Familiarity is a must.
  • Workflow & Tool Usage:
  • Ticket Execution: Work efficiently out of Jira and Wrike , picking up assigned tickets, executing the changes, and updating statuses in real-time.
  • Issue Reporting: Clearly document technical blockers or component bugs within Jira tickets for the development team to address.
  • Version Control: Manage page versions and "Launches" (future-dated releases) within AEM to ensure content goes live exactly when scheduled.
