About The Position

Are you passionate about helping others and making a real impact in your community? We're looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional to support families through Weatherization and Crisis Assistance programs-all while delivering exceptional, client-centered care. In this role, you'll determine client eligibility, ensure program compliance, and guide households toward energy-saving solutions. You'll coordinate schedules for clients and staff, monitor caseloads, conduct audits, and connect individuals to valuable community resources. Your work will help keep projects on track while supporting outreach efforts and mentoring team members to maximize impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring: Strong computer and internet skills Excellent organization and attention to detail The ability to maintain confidentiality and accountability Confidence working independently and collaboratively Great judgment and time management skills A welcoming, respectful approach with people from diverse backgrounds Professional communication skills (written and spoken English) Openness to feedback and teamwork
