About The Position

Weatherization Crew Member (4-Day Work Week | Paid Training | Great Benefits) Do you like working with your hands, staying active, and being part of a crew that gets things done? EICAP (Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership) is hiring a Weatherization Crew Member to help improve homes for families in our community-making them safer, warmer, and more energy-efficient. This is a hands-on, physical job where you'll work alongside an experienced team installing insulation, sealing air leaks, and completing energy-saving upgrades in homes across Eastern Idaho. What the job is really like: Working in crawlspaces, attics, and tight areas Using tools and equipment to complete upgrades Traveling to different job sites Being part of a small crew that depends on each other Seeing the immediate impact of your work at the end of each day

Requirements

Shows up consistently and on time
Works well with others and takes direction
Is comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, climbing)
Is willing to learn-we'll train the right person
Takes pride in doing a job right
Must be able to pass an Intellicorp SSN Verification/Criminal History Search and Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Enhanced Background Check.
We also conduct pre-employment drug testing.

Construction or related experience is helpful, but not required.
