About The Position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Project Engineer with a Secret clearance to work from our Huntsville, AL location . As Weapon System Sustainment Data Project Lead - You will: Function as the Sustainment Project Engineer within the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon Logistics and Sustainment IPT. Directly support the Sustainment IPT as Project Lead for all data integration and analysis across multiple databases to provide metrics for system reliability, availability, maintenance, readiness. Serve as engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Sustainment databases to include Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul -GOLDesp, Logistics Support Analysis-SLICWave, Repair Analysis (COMPASS) and overall team metrics for performance measurements, for the Long-Range Hypersonic Weapon System (LRHW). Perform critical analysis of database outputs and integrate data to perform critical input for future sustainment efforts that influence system design and performance. Interface directly with the Army customer and brief executive leadership as required. The candidate will lead existing teams to collaborate on multiple projects and influence contract deliverables with delegated authority when necessary to improve Sustainment products and metrics. The SME will also perform integrated product support functions to include LRHW weapon system maintenance analysis, line replaceable unit reliability and sparing analysis. This is an SR CAREER (level 5) ROLE where candidates typically require 8+ years of professional experience and a BS degree.

Requirements

  • 8+ Years experience with database analysis, metric development, and data management
  • Subject Matter Expert with SAP, COMPASS, and ERP Systems (i.e. AESIP)
  • Experienced with modeling and integrating complex Sustainment and Logistics engineering technical data
  • Experience with maintenance, repair and overhaul database such as COLTS, Repair Center or GOLDesp
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment across multiple functions to include engineering, finance, procurement/supply chain
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance for consideration

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced with working US Army models to include Sparing models
  • Experience with Vantage Optimization Software
  • Experience with provisioning models and leading process improvement efforts through Lean Six Sigma Initiatives
