About The Position

Provide leadership and direction to teams in order to ensure Truist Wealth is meeting client and organizational project objectives as well as ensuring timely and quality support to meet client first needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience focused towards report query development, project management and computer sciences.
  • The ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment subject to the evolving demands of detailed project work.
  • A thorough understanding and demonstrated application of analytical principals as well as adept, creative problem solving abilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Broad Wealth Management (Trust and or Brokerage) business and application knowledge
  • General accounting and mathematical knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teammates for continuous improvement in order to meet the growing needs of Truist Wealth Management as well as personal growth objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize delivery demands and align the team to best meet the strategic and tactical business requirements of Truist Wealth Management.
  • Ensure subject matter expertise and resources are prepared to meet day to day support needs; balancing priorities between support and project delivery objectives as needed.
  • Build knowledge and relationships with strategic business partners, both internal and external in order to not only meet business needs, but to proactively provide input and direction for ongoing process improvements for Truist Wealth Management.
  • Reduce the opportunities for losses and exposure by executing risk management processes and providing oversight of processes assigned to the team, while always keeping aware of potential risks and speaking up to ensure gaps are mitigated.
