Provide IT application enablement and support to wealth advisors, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to address client banking needs effectively. Execute onboarding processes for new IT applications, ensuring wealth advisors understand and can utilize the systems efficiently. Collaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders to prioritize application enhancements and resolve technical issues impacting wealth advisors. Represent the IT enablement group in cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve application functionality and advisor experience. Stay updated on IT systems, banking guidelines, policies, procedures, and system changes to provide accurate and compliant support. Utilize reporting, analytics, and surveys to measure the effectiveness of IT applications and identify areas for improvement. Maintain and update centralized role-based online repositories to ensure wealth advisors have access to relevant IT application information and resources. Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex IT application issues and deliver tailored solutions for wealth advisors. Build and maintain strong relationships with wealth advisors, fostering trust and collaboration in IT enablement efforts. Design, build, and deliver need-specific IT application training and enablement topics based on business prioritization and advisor absorption capacity.
