About The Position

Our Wealth Advisory group is looking for someone who thrives behind the scenes—setting up new accounts, processing client bill payments, creating reports and ensuring our systems run smoothly. If you like variety in your day and pride yourself on being accurate and dependable, we’d love to have you on our team. A Day in the Life You’ll be right at the heart of our trust operations team, making sure new accounts are opened cleanly and client requests are processed on time. On any given day, you might: Open a new trust account, scan documents to our systems, and verify cost basis Help a client access their online portal—when a password reset doesn’t work, you’ll troubleshoot or loop in Wealth Access Review an invoice and process it for payment, then scan and log it for compliance Close a trust account after final distributions and ensure everything is wrapped up in Investors View Generate reports or fulfill client requests for statements, tax docs, or audit confirmations Help track corporate trust bond activity or class action proceeds Manage relationship system data You’ll also play a key role in seasonal and special projects—like supporting scholarship distributions or monthly reconciliations. What It Takes Excellent organizational and time-management skills A proactive mindset and the ability to problem-solve on the fly A strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism Willingness to learn systems and processes that support trust administration Comfortable juggling regular duties with occasional project work Bonus Points Experience in trust operations, accounting, or banking back-office support Familiarity with systems like Director, Investors View, or FIS Trust Desk trust accounting system. Experience with financial reconciliations or tax document handling.
