As a Middle Office Services Specialist within PNC's Customer Account Services Team (CAST) organization you can work in Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA. This role sits within the Capital Markets Group. As a member of CAST within the COO organization of the Capital Markets line of business, you will work on a variety of tasks associated with opening and maintaining Capital Markets accounts. It will be necessary to understand the business products and the required documentation, regulations, risks, and workflow necessary for each specific account type. Candidates will be required to complete the NFA proficiency exam, as well as have a chance to obtain their FINRA license in order to further their career in Capital Markets. Due to the dynamic nature of the business, one will also be expected to contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays highly organized, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Job Description Working independently, completes a variety of highly technical, complex, client transactions. Reviews documentation for completeness and accuracy, and interprets information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures. Proactively identifies and manages risk, involving external and internal counsel as needed and other business units throughout PNC. Meets directly with clients and internal and external partners to address and resolve various matters relating to client requests. Serves as point person for all internal partners on all matters pertaining to the middle-office processes for complex client requests. Provides guidance and assistance to other team members. Actively seeks out and engages in continuing education to support skill-building and development of overall knowledge.
