About The Position

WaterPark Guest Service Supervisors perform a variety of customer relations services at Massanutten WaterPark related to retail and admissions functions. They are responsible for training new front-line employees and overseeing front line daily operations. Supervisors must be supportive to Guest Services Agents with queries from guests and assist with escalated customer service issues as they arise. They must also assist with making the workplace a fun and safe place where both Agents and guests alike feel welcome and valued. Prior experience in working with the public is preferred and must have excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests of all ages
  • Ability to stay calm and level-headed under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Proven supervisor and customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist each agent with end of shift cash out and verify paperwork has been filled out correctly
  • Assist with resolving customer conflicts and work to ensure all parties are satisfied with the outcome
  • Report any issues needing further attention to Manager on Duty
  • Evaluate customer flow and adjust staff accordingly
  • Assist customers calling to cancel online reservations
  • Other duties as assigned by management
