About The Position

The Highlands is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the guest services team, including service attendants, pool attendants, shuttle drivers, ski valets, and snow removal staff. You will actively engage with guests, coordinate communication across departments, and ensure your team delivers exceptional service. This is a full-time, year-round position offering flexible scheduling, PTO/sick time, health insurance, and additional benefits. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously throughout the guest’s stay
  • Supervise and support guest service team members across multiple functions
  • Maintain knowledge of resort property, guest accommodations, local attractions, and events
  • Assist with luggage handling and ensure timely, professional service
  • Answer phone calls using proper procedures and guest service standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of bell carts, entrance areas, and workspaces
  • Provide clear directions and recommendations for local dining, activities, and attractions
  • Communicate daily updates, resort events, and important information to staff
  • Coordinate golf shuttle scheduling and transportation logistics
  • Maintain strong working relationships with other departments and assist as needed
  • Support hiring, training, and scheduling of team members in collaboration with management
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
