Responsibilities Ensure the safety and proper supervision of all campers and staff at the waterfront Manage and oversee all waterfront activities and operations Deliver waterfront instruction and programming in an enthusiastic, safe, and responsible manner Conduct swimming tests for all campers upon arrival Develop and enforce an effective “buddy check” system Train staff in waterfront safety procedures during training week Maintain a clean, organized, and safe waterfront area Perform daily camp tasks and safely traverse the camp’s 250-acre property Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Experience working with children Current Lifeguard certification Current First Aid and CPR certification Physically capable of performing duties in an outdoor camp environment Experience in fishing, canoeing, and kayaking preferred To apply: Email your resume, a cover letter, and the position you are applying for to Education Director, Shannon Stover – [email protected] with subject line ‘2026 Camp Application’
