What You’ll Do: Gain real-world experience by working on exciting, large-scale projects such as tunnel and pump station systems in various stages of design and construction. Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to support project goals. Develop engineering calculations and compile technical data as part of design deliverables under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer or Project Manager. Participate in field activities, including observing subsurface investigations and monitoring construction progress. Connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professional programs. Perform assignments under the guidance of experienced professionals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support project success. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
  • Preference given to local candidates
