In this role, you’ll contribute to a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects that improve water and wastewater systems for municipal and industrial clients, directly enhancing public health and environmental sustainability. You’ll be involved in every phase of the project lifecycle: from planning and evaluation to design, permitting, and construction. You’ll help rehabilitate aging infrastructure and develop innovative new systems, including water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution, as well as wastewater collection, pumping, treatment, and disposal. Expect hands-on fieldwork, meaningful client interaction, and collaboration across disciplines. You’ll conduct system reviews, perform engineering and alternative analyses, evaluate and select equipment, prepare construction drawings and specifications, and coordinate with regulatory agencies. We are looking for a motivated and solutions-oriented engineer who thrives in a collaborative team environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This individual is detail-focused without losing sight of broader project goals and demonstrates persistence and creativity when navigating complex design and permitting challenges. They enjoy setting goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them, and they see each project as an opportunity to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully. Candidates who consider themselves future leaders or aspire to become one will find this role especially rewarding, as it offers opportunities for ownership, mentorship, and long-term career development.
