About The Position

A Water Program Manager is to work under the direction of a Department Manager on our Water team. Responsibilities for this position would include: Providing oversight and directing staff to fulfill the requirements of the programs being managed, including developing and managing budgets, sub-consultants, schedules, and deliverables Being the point of contact for communications with agency Boards Representing the agency Board in stakeholder settings Project managing, planning, and tracking Creating presentations for meetings and attending meetings This position will include primarily office work.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in water resources/consulting or closely related field
B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field is preferred
The ideal candidate will have extensive working knowledge of the regulatory programs impacting irrigated agriculture and groundwater management in California
Knowledge of water policy is required
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel is required.
