The Water Polo Team Manager supports the YMCA of Montclair’s Water Polo program by handling administrative tasks, communication, equipment organization, and team coordination. This role ensures smooth program operations and helps create an organized, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants. The Team Manager works closely with the Water Polo Coach and Aquatics leadership to support players and families.
