Phoenix presents unique landscape challenges—including extreme heat, drought conditions, soil variability, and strict municipal water regulations—making this a vital role in supporting water conservation and long-term landscape performance. Working closely with internal teams, irrigation technicians, and contractors, the specialist coordinates corrective actions and verifies that all work meets high standards of safety, quality, and regional compliance. The role also documents field findings, tracks improvements, and recommends enhancements that strengthen water efficiency and ongoing landscape performance. By upholding the Cohere’s commitment to responsible resource management, the specialist contributes directly to sustainable outdoor environments that serve the community. This position helps establish consistent landscape quality while supporting long-term environmental stewardship.
