Xylem is looking to bring on a Wastewater Treatment Technician to report to our site in Goose Creek, SC. What your day will look like as a Wastewater Treatment Technician The Wastewater Treatment Technicians will be responsible for the on-site operation, service, and maintenance of our wastewater treatment equipment. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but candidates with previous experience maintaining or operating wastewater systems are especially encouraged to apply. These positions will cover a facility that operates 24/7 and we will be hiring for our afternoon/2nd shift, which will primarily consist of 4 10 hour shifts per week, but requires flexibility to occasionally cover other shifts. Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years technical experience preferred- industrial or commercial process water experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
  • Ability to work in a high customer facing position
  • Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
  • Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
