About The Position

Under the general direction of the Warranty Supervisor and in accordance with company policies and procedures, the Warranty Returns Specialist is responsible for processing product returns efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. This includes verifying warranty eligibility and reissuing replacement products (e.g., bats). Basic computer proficiency is required.

  • Experience handling warranty claims or product returns

Responsibilities

  • Verify warranty coverage for returned products
  • Process returns and reissue replacement items
  • Accurately enter data into internal systems
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and timelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
