Under the general direction of the Warranty Supervisor and in accordance with company policies and procedures, the Warranty Returns Specialist is responsible for processing product returns efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. This includes verifying warranty eligibility and reissuing replacement products (e.g., bats). Basic computer proficiency is required.
