Smith brands and other related warranty department functions. The incumbent will assist and communicate with internal and external customers regarding warranty credit procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year(s) of related work experience
• Knowledge of all warranty policies and procedures
• Strong critical thinking and analyzing skills
• Ability to coordinate and organize tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment.
